Hi, I’m Tiina Neuvonen — a strategic foresight, public sector innovation, and systems transformation practitioner with over 15 years of international experience across the United Nations, government, and mission-driven partners.

I’ve worked in 80+ countries supporting organizations to navigate complexity, strengthen agenda setting and decision-making under uncertainty, and build anticipatory policy and adaptive management capacity.

I started Good Storm Consulting because the world is not returning to stability — and leaders need more than traditional approaches to lead transformation. Good Storm exists to support those working at the interface of emergence: maintaining agency in complexity while shaping renewal grounded in regeneration, prosperity and wellbeing.

My work is always tailored. I start with the intended impact (or theory of impact), define the transformation goal or challenge, and then design the process and methodology to fit the need — from strategic inquiry and collective sensemaking to futures-informed options and actions.
